The Benloch ranch project is multi-phase residential development. The community resides between the Wasatch and Uinta mountain range. The site offers beautiful vistas of Mountains on every side and overlooks the Jordenelle Lake.

The Benloch Ranch Project has been a phased residential development that Fawkes has been heavily involved in. Fawkes has been directly involved in maintaining the project and all Civil engineering aspects of the field. Multiple engineering and design  challenges have been overcome in this project. Our knowhow and Engineering capability gave us the ability to work with the client to overcome these challenges in a safe, smart and cost effective manner.
